Game Five: I predict we lose to TCU 31 -24.

UGH!!!

Disappointing but as long as the Big12 refs didn't blow major calls...

Do you really think our offense is bad enough and their defense is good enough to hold us to 17 points???

Not directly but mistakes and stupid penalties plus a rowdy crowd can definitely hold us to fewer points.

Interesting. We are known for mistakes and stupid penalties. I just think Grier is too good for only 17 points. I'd like to see 0 drips, especially in the endzone, by our receivers.

Hope you are right, a big true road game in a hyped up stadium will be a huge test.

Players and coaches have to be there best in and out of the lines (ie Dana's 15 yrer against the testis)

It would be a great win that could propel us to the championship game.

Loved to be proved wrong, but we get pasted. Have to rely on trickery and fingers crossed the shaky D found a way to fill the massive holes during the bye.

Fear a RAC like performance like last year. Hope I'm proved wrong but...

45 - 17

As a life-long free safety, the solution for this is three simple rules:

1 - NO ONE GETS BEHIND YOU ... EVER!!!
2 - See Rule 1.
3 - See Rule 1.

That's it. And, YES, it really is THAT simple.

That's the same plan I have if I go to prison.

This was a very unappreciated comment. Hilarious.

Think/hope you meant underappreciated comment. Made me spill a drink

Great ... now we have to ban him and erase all evidence of his existence.

If it's close, we win because we're better prepared for close games.

We are? I guess if hope that lessons has been learned with the late game leads that have been lost.

WVU needs to come out of the gates firing to offset the 5 minute drought that seems to happen most games.

Can't Wait

As Holgersen often says about football, we have to be good in all 3 aspects of the game. Yes, defense is critical, but equally so, we have to shoot well.
Gonzaga shoots very well and we have to be equally good or the outcome won't be good. Our ball handling was not good enough against ND. Ahmad turned the ball over way too much and passing the ball to the opposition, as he did against ND, will cost us a win.

Would add a 4th, halftime adjustments. Huggs said we need to stop fouling in the second half. The team listened and largely kept ND off the line.

Need to keep the WVU against the rest chip throughout

"We'll wait and see at game time," Baylor coach Scott Drew said. "He reinjured that ankle at the beginning of the second half at Iowa State. He wasn't good at the beginning of the game either."

Sounds like coach speak to me. Will be a tough game, just hope there are no injuries

They win big, Huggs goes apesh*t and uses the game tape for the tournament. WVU wins the B12 tournament and is a strong seed for the madness
