I haven't miss any years watched in the 1950's when my cousins played, went to games at old Mountaineer field as a high school student/player then as a student at WVU then season ticket holder for more than 35 years ... are you even 35 years old... by the way we were like 0-8-2 way back in like 1958 or there abouts then how many home games did we miss ...if you guessed any you were WRONG...just saying that I feel sorry for our team that played their hearts out and then the ones that sorta said oh well ... but I won't mention madsen's name thata probably bring up more stupid responses

I understand it is only the second year but I been around Mountaineer sports all my life way back in the 1950's till now and just answer this ...When we we ever see three like Smith, Bailey and Austin again on a Mountaineer football team..and oh yeah to stir a little I quit counting the blocks that josh jenkins missed or sloughed off cause I only got 10 fingers and had socks on my feet so I couldn't use the toes..

A few months ago on this blog there were a lot of fans wringing their hands about another school wanting holgerson and his coaches.... well I say take 'em now that way we can get a new coach and new coaches...I am a lifelong Mountaineer but this was just another embaaressment to go along with the other 5 we had this year...

He is a big ego person you almost have to be to be a head coach .... therefore the odds are very good that when we get very good someone will make him a major offer that we can't match...I am all for having a good coach but I am not willing to pay like $100.00 per ticket per game to keep him or anyone and that is what it will boil down to...you want this coach pay up...I won't...

I agree and the rules have jackass part that says somehow you had to play professional football for so long and have to be (correct me if I am wrong) graduated for like years. I am behind this I don't think any true Mountaineer would be against this can you hear me Mr. Luck take the lead to change this
