Cato is the "Noel Devine Story" of 2014. Earlier in the season ESPN aired this segment:

Actually I don't hate Marshall. Marshall doing well speaks well for West Virginia. Cato is a great story and Doc is slowly building a decent program on a small budget. Just prefer us!

Since there is weight put on a conference championship, what 2 teams would make sense to add to Big 12? And why are we 10 when we are the Big 12?

I think the Arizona match-up is more likely. Announcers love the old coach thing. And our seasons so far are similar. I really don't want to face RR...

Don't want to start new thread - but want to try and figure Bowl invites and keep it current. Memphis/Orlando/San Antonio - any others?

When we did well in the Big East we were not taken seriously, even when we were ranked. Now that we are in the Big 12 the respect appears to be genuine. Not sure the 2014 team is any better team than teams of the Pat White era, but we are not the dark horse.

Est enrollment at WVU (Fall 2013 - higher in 2014) 32,500.
# of students arrested in RIOT - 3
% of sudent body NOT involved - 99.99%

Let's drop this bad behavior thing!

Forgot Kansas State is a Thursday night game - no GameDay...down to Luck making a deal.

However GameDay is a night game. Is there a slight advantage over our traveling Big 12 opponents if we play home games at noon ? If so I would take the advantage over GameDay.

Gameday will make a deal with Luck - Morgantown for exclusive interview into the Life Of Andrew...

Or maybe they are waiting to see if it comes down to Kansas State and WVU for the Big 12 title...

I disagree - great fans impact the game - the unity of noise and the colors (whether it is gold/blue or striped) is felt and SEEN by the players... I actually am annoyed when our fans don't help when requested to dress in a certain color... All we have to do is dress & shout - players are asked to do a heck of a lot more....

Last week's show with Dana at Kegker's Sports Bar someone in the audience asked if WVU would ever have an "All Blue" for the fans. Andy said he would work on it, and I guess he did.

The kids that riot are really a cross-section of the youth in Morgantown - the commonality is drunkeness... I sat in the visitors section during the 1996 WVU vs Miami football game. The very bad behavior (throwing GLASS beer bottles at State Police & Miami fans) was done by local high school kids...

The great thing about County Roads is that they can bring you home or can take you anywhere else...For those who think we need to clean up our act, I say don't let the Toll Gate hit you on the trunk on your way out!
