Good to see Huggs not give into the pressure.

Get it done Teddy. We all want you in the lineup!

Jesus, did Teddy bang his daughter or something? Does he just loaf in practice and pout? WTF? It's like he is suspended..

So, do drugs, be shitty in school and be a potential contributor and start right away. Be mouthy and know you can contribute but ride the bench. Has to be some animosity.

Yea. Ha! Ha! He is old school alright.

If there was no shot clock he would take the air out of the ball and run the old school four corners stall offense. Then he would rely only on set shots. Even if his players couldn't hit a set shot to save their lives.

Yea, he is old school alright. And it is painful to watch.

It's amazing to me...."Huggs cannot get blue Chip players" or Huggs isn't a HOF coach. Can any of the crap talkers name a single potential replacement that could come anywhere near either if those? Reality is that this may be our best chance at a run. We have guards, forwards and a halfway decent rim protector. If they play hard defense and get hot shooting in March, we have a chance.... definitely the best chance since Butler. This is our best teamaybe in forever. Forget January and maybe February....this team is built to go to the championship (with Teddy). If ever there was a year to buy finals tickets, this is the safest bet ever....maybe not a good one, but the safest in WVU history.

You people are ridiculous. First Teddy Allen. Allen could turn into a good player but we don't know yet. We will find out. But to think he is some kind of savior is insane. Coaches watch hours and hours of film. It is what they do. Do any of you honestly believe that Bill Self didn't watch film on Teddy Allen and devise a way to stop him? Until he develops an outside shot he is a one dimensional player and one dimensional players are very easy to defend. He caught people off guard the first 2 games in league play. That isn't going to happen again. Second Bob Huggins. We are lucky to have one of the greatest coaches in basketball history. But if you want to complain about one thing he does wrong let it be this: he practices the players too hard. You all complain that in the second half they aren't aggressive or that they stand around or can't shoot. All those things may be true but you are missing the true reason behind it. They are tired. You can't run or shoot if you have no legs or no wind. Hell, you can't do anything if you can't breathe. They play an incredibly taxing style of basketball and to have 3 hour practices this time of the year is an immense amount of overkill. It is no coincidence that they lost two big leads in the second half. They just ran out of gas.

Tsk, tsk....one dimensional? That is a very untrue statement. However, if the one dimensional was driving the ball, that is inherently 1,000 dimensions. Driving not the same as lobbing 3 balls.

Teddy IS that good and with him on the court Monday, we win.

Seriously guys, go back and look at this possession. It won the game and was the best defense I have ever seen.

So, he's a less accurate, non-defensive crying bitch on the level of Lebron without his size or skill. I'm sure he'll do great.

Are you guys saying somehow that either of you wouldn't give his left testie to have him on our team? Come on. The guy is a great player. The top scorer on the nation's top scoring team. And he scored 29 points. And in basketball, all 29 points counted regardless of how he got them.

Let's not dis Young like somehow he didn't count tonight. Like somehow he never made it to Morgantown and didn't play. He scored more than anyone else on the court, and yet we still won, and won BIG!
I
We neutralized everyone else on their team, so that they were reduced from the Oklahoma Sooners to the Oklahoma Trae Youngs.

Quick answer, no, I would not want him. If anyone thinks for a second that his circus 3 attempts are supported by the team, they are crazy. I much prefer a team over some kid that is obviously used to just doing what he wants and getting the calls. His selfishness led to our domination. Take his 3 or 4 wild 3s and pass to the scorers and it's a different game. The coliseum was waiting for him to fail and he obliged.

Team effort > individual

He laid up more bricks tonight than someone building a house.

He is obviously special, but young. In 4 years he would dominate. His wild 3point efforts kept this from being a barn burner

Refs just took TCU albino guy out of game in first 30 seconds of second hal to support KU. It's gonna be a tough year.

Spot on. I can't imagine his lack of competitiveness being attractive. I mean, how do you just watch your man drive the basket to protect your scoring. OU won't make it past 1st round NCAA.

So let's just cancel real games and just have college free throw contests. That's what it is nowadays

I've never seen a college basketball player give up on defense the way Young does. He does not follow past the 3 line. It's pitiful, and annoying to watch. KEEP DRIVING ON HIM!!!!!!!!
