Don't blame me, I was an advocate for Carter's achievements until someone flipped the narrative. Hey look everybody, this thread now has 10 posts, it's hot...

He's the only player to hit the numbers I listed too, so in your face.

Since you are being such a "pisser" ...

J.C. is the only Power 5 Conference player to do it.

Others have done it, but they played in Non-Power 5 conferences.

Stop trying to pick the fly poop out of the pepper.

The graphic is clearly thanking Carter for roughly 90% of his achievements. I don't even know if he was aware of this when he signed it.

Those numbers are way off.

Points 1758
Assists 559
Rebounds 538
Steals 329
THE ONLY 1

I don't know where you are getting your graphics from, but they need to proof read their ****.

That's probably the best hypothesis.

On a side note, I don't know how these kids manage it all. Combine 3 hour practices with game nights and all that goes along with that (travel, watching film, studying scouting reports, etc.) with the 12-15 credits they deal with as student-athletes and you're talking about a lot of responsibility for guys who are in their late teens/early twenties.
They take Comm classes.

He's also not black. We don't want black kids walking around with handguns, their fathers haven't taught them gun safety.

Personally I think ESPN is a wonderful organization, they bring me my sports opinions every morning while I have my first cup of coffee.

I just can't post in the topics I want today because they keep disappearing. I just want to say a couple things, we've been ranked #1 before by the AP, and there is no conspiracy to keep us out of the top spot. Its something like 60 or so sports writers picking each week. They can't watch every game, so they pull this **** out of their asses each Monday after looking at last weeks scores. Nobody remembers who was #1 once the tournament starts. I know Huggins does care, else he would have had a salary incentive included in his last contract.

Anyone aware that the addition of Esa might not make any immediate impact? I just think we should temper our expectations.

It might even have a negative impact for a couple games. Not uncommon. Working the "new guy" back into the mix.
I wouldn't call him the new guy, since hes been practicing and also traveling with the team. I worry more about his ability to relate with a group of readers. It's gotta be tough being the only guy on the team to not pass Comm 101.
