Ranked 22nd in the coaches this week.

What I don't understand.

Last week:
Miami 7
Clemson 8.

Clemson had a bye week, Miami beat the team that Clemson lost to.

This week:
Clemson 7
Miami 8

Edit:

22nd in the AP as well. Big 12 has 5 ranked and 3 in the top 11. We should crack top 15 after we beat OSU

Don't think we'll move up 7 spots unless a lot of people between us and them lose as well.

Don't care how much we move up as long as we keep winning.

I think the best thing that could happen is if two SEC teams make playoffs and Notre Dame, then three Power 5 conference get left out. The uproar would mean they expand the playoffs to at least 8 in the future. Imagine a 16 team team playoff. 1. Georgia vs. MS State, 2. Alabama vs. Iowa State. 3. Notre dame vs. Vtech, etc, How much fun would that be to watch. The first week 8 games of utter college football madness. It would be way bigger than the NCAA tourney is. Imagine second round matchups of possibly PSU vs Bama or 1 seed Georgia vs. 8 seed TCU.

We're highly likely to have 3-1000 yard receivers this year.

Current yards with 3 to play (including bowl game)

Jennings: 938 yards (talk about the unsung hero of the team, he's #3 in the country with 8.2 receptions per game)

White: 907 yards

Sills: 856 yards

If Crawford breaks 1,000, we'll be the first P5 team with a 3,000 yard passer, 3 1,000 yard receivers, and 1 1,000 yard rusher...

Please vote for WVU legacy commit Dante Stills to help him secure a spot in the Under Armour All American game. There are just 3 days left to vote and the young man he's against is from heavily populated Texas. You can vote every day from each of your devices.

Does anyone else think that if OU doesn't lose before we play them that we're going to have to play lights out to beat them and close to perfect to beat the Big 12 refs?

OU is basically the conference's only shot at getting a team into the playoffs right?

Yep pretty much. It would take a special game from our players to beat OU. It will take a miracle on top of that to beat the refs. I predict a flurry of pass interference and roughing calls against our defense, if we can even keep it remotely close.
