Got to be Sills, right? They wouldn't burn Israel's redshirt in the last game....would they?

Well there are 3 others on the roster.... David Isreal, Jack Allison & Jack Bueltel & Crest although listed as a WR is still there. For some reason I think Bueltel is next on the depth chart...

But I think earlier David Isreal was the 3rd string QB... so maybe David is the next man up....

Yeah I read that David Isreal is the back-up, but I don't know if they'll burn his redshirt. **** it let Sills play and triple option their ass to death GT style.

Not trying to be a Debbie Downer, but I will be very surprised if Ok is in the top 4 after tomorrow.
Wisconsin's win over Meat-Chicken is a hell of a lot more impressive than Ok's win over Kansas. Also, Wisky is undefeated. It will be really hard to keep the Sooners at number 4.
Which, if that happens, means that the Big 12 could be left out of the playoffs again, and all of us down the line get a worse bowl, the conference gets at least one less bowl, and we get less money in Morgantown for our program.

If they burn a redshirt for this, the entire coaching staff needs to be fired immediately. That would be stupid to an epic degree. This season is a wash, more or less, already. No need to screw ourselves even further.

Well, Miami and Clemson will play each other in the ACC championship game, so one of them will drop. Auburn and Alabama loser drops, and then will play Georgia in the SEC CC game. Gonna laugh my ass off if Miami beats Clemson, putting Miami in and Clemson out. Alabama loses to Auburn, putting the SEC champion in, and Alabama in, and Wisky loses to whoever in the Big 10 CC game, giving the B1g NO teams in. So SEC - 2
ACC - 1
B12 - 1
Pac - 0
B1g - 0

That is a definite recipe to get to 8 teams sooner rather than later. B1g getting left out, and getting 2 teams in from the SEC or ACC would be a big step to an 8 team playoff.

Ahh, the powers that be will probably take the easy route and just give an undeserving B1G team a seat at the table. I'm sure they won't mind screwing the B12 or a deserving second team from the SEC to do so. No skin off their nose. It will then be ESPN's job to spin they reason why the B1G team was worthy of being in the playoff.

Is David Israel redshirted? He is a Sophomore Juco transfer right?

David Isreal:

A quarterback who played at Butler College for just one season following his 2015 senior season in high school, Isreal will have four years in which to complete his final three seasons of eligibility.

The staff wanted to redshirt him.

I say throw Crest in the fire with some option game and see what happens.

Question...if Sills we're to QB us to a win, would it catapult him into Heisman territory?

I tried watching Oklahoma a couple times this year but find myself cheering for Mayfield to get crippled, don't like feeling that way so I change the channel.

Chugs is qb#1 period.

Now who is the backup just Incase the worst case happens. It dep nds on the doaches thinking. If they think we have a shot they put the next best we have available (Allison is not eligible). If they don’t and just need a backup to keep the game going then it’s whoever can do it without burning eligibility.

Holgs just said he’ll burn Isreal’s redshirt if we need a backup. Unreal.
