Baylor was Texas A&M light. Same size inside but with less talent everywhere on the floor.

No surprise here.

That wasn't a hangover game. We need to learn that there are shots between a layup and a three.

I agree. We don’t seem to ever attempt mid-range jump shots. Probably because we are such a mediocre shooting team. We definitely need to improve in that area.

I was scratching my head last night when Carter would drive the lane, looked to be on the verge of drawing a foul, and the would kick the ball back out to the perimeter. A few times he looked to have a clear shot at the hoop.

I like that he is an unselfish player, but when your team is struggling to score, drawing fouls can go a long way to getting some needed points generated. Also it can cause foul problems on the opponent.

My sincerest apologies to you sunbird owners. I had a Chevy Cavalier that died and replaced it with a J2000 which was like a Sunbird. The stripper car I meant to reference was the Pontiac Sunfire. There is usually a Hawaiin lei hanging from the rearview or Mardi Gras beads or both.

Sunfire

hooker that drove a Sunfire.

Which word is more out of place: "chess" or "dated"?

If you delete "chess" it takes on a whole new meaning.

Hmm. Most out of place word?

"Guy"

From a Baylor blog:

Watching West Virginia when they are highly-ranked: Tougher than a weekend at your in-laws.

When you shoot 31% from the floor, get out rebounded, and still find a way to win you're pretty good. That was a tough game to watch.

Late to the party but my first car was a 1979 Oldsmobile Starfire; bought from my uncle in 1986. Drove that thing through college and my first year of marriage; sold it in 93.

Looked just like the picture in the link, except mine was silver.
