Tavon got some playing time in the Rams blowout win against Seattle. He had 10 carries for 44 yards, and recovered two fumbles.

Four Mountaineers Earn Super Bowl Ring

Quote:
The Philadelphia Eagles have defeated the New England Patriots, 41-33, in Super Bowl 52.

Among the players who can now claim to have won a Super Bowl are a team-high four West Virginia Mountaineers - linebacker Najee Goode, cornerback Rasul Douglas, wide receiver Shelton Gibson, and running back Wendell Smallwood.

Would love to see Steddy B back on the field, man has battled through some adversity. He was an incredible receiver for us, and I believe he possesses some tools to translate to a decent receiver at the next level as well.

Eagles traded the Panthers for Daryl Worley today. Philadelphia now has 5 former Mountaineers.... They must like the product that we are producing...

Might be good for him to get the hell out of New York, who knows, I still think he has potential, but just never put it together. Either way, a 10-12 year career as an NFL journeyman would have him seeing a whole helluva lot more money than I ever will.

I think he has taken too many hits to the head.

WVU ex-quarterbacks (Par and Geno) would be better served if they kept their mouths shut about the crazy theories floating around in their brain damaged heads.

Does anyone from WVU besides Kyzir White have a realistic chance of getting drafted?

Maybe today - Eagles have him on their list of "best available". Did he have any off field issues?

That's too bad. I'm philosophically opposed to rooting for the Cowboys.

Looks like everyone got drafted or signed as a free agent, except for Justin Crawford. Maybe I missed it. Did he get picked up anywhere? Seems like a good kid, but not sure his talents and size translate to NFL.

Crawford is still unsigned. His last tweet simply says "Gods got me"..... Nice young man with a lot of talent. I hope he gets to keep playing. It didnt help his cause being banged up and playing behind a terrible run blocking OL his senior year....
