It sounds like our Federal government is more interested in the concerns of Mexico than of it's own citizens. And that they aren't even interested in prosecuting their own laws effectively. Those rights not enumerated by the Constitution are reserved to the States.

I've said it before, I'll say it again, this greatly increases the chance Rodriquez gets deported. He is walking, talking probable cause and his papers are not in order.
