Narcos is good, and you can trust because I would never recommend anything as shitty as the Walking Dead. I have what they call "taste". In truth though, I just don't breath from my mouth.

I recommend "Sense8" on Netflix. 12 episodes. Good stuff.

Sense8 tells the story of eight strangers, each from a different culture and part of the world. When the eight suddenly experience a vision of the violent death of a woman called Angelica, they discover that they are "sensates" -- otherwise normal humans linked with a mental and emotional connection, making them able to sense and communicate with each other, as well as share their knowledge, language and skills.

Just finished up season 1 last night and I agree!

I bought a google chromecast and it came with 3 months of HBO. So far I have watched Game of Thrones, Deadwood and Westwood. I can honestly say I enjoyed all three shows.

I have a little over a month left on my free sub. What should I watch next?

Just finished season 2 of Man in the High Castle on Amazon. Good stuff.

Over the holidays I discovered and binge watched two fun shows on Amazon. Alpha House--political satire in DC through the eyes of Gary Trudeau and Red Oaks. Eighties country club coming of age spoof.

Also Goliath and Sneaky Pete ate pretty decent.

Thanks for the suggestion Strohs. In the last two nights I have watched 10 episodes and it's pretty decent. It's kinda like trailer park boys but with geeks.

My wife and I saw TJ Miller do a stand up show at a small bar in Columbus a few years ago. He was really funny and that's what initially got us interested. His role on that show is pretty much what he was like in the short time we were around him. The kind of guy that's great in small doses but wouldn't leave him alone in a room with your daughter

Recently binged watched the first season of The Expanse and currently watching season 2 on the SyFy Channel. Based on a series of books set several hundred years in the future where we have colonized Mars, the moon and other parts of the solar system but still have the same political and social issues we face today. What further sets it apart from the typical Sci-fi show is it uses hard science fiction. All the science used falls within plausible laws of physics, much like the movies Interstellar and The Martian.

Season 1 can be watched on Amazon Prime Video and season 2 is currently playing on Syfy.

Thanks eers. I'll have a look. I just found out this week I get HBO free if I keep directv now which I grabbed when they had their $35 a month deal with a free apple tv.

I watched a few episodes and I really don't care much for the main character. She is a one trick pony and I never cared for her fake southern accent. I want to like the show though.

I'm not good with names so I searched and know who you mean now. Wikipedia says his mother is a psychologist and his father is an attorney. That explains a lot lol.

I'm watching Crashing on HBO and T.J. Miller plays a large roll in episode 3.
