Out of nowhere I was told I was no longer able to hunt the property I'd been hunting for the last 8 years. (Asshat relative heir to the property) Starting from scratch on a new spot. (sympathetic cousin of said asshat gave permission to hunt his small 38 acres). I scouted it out and found a couple promising trails to hang a trail camera on, and can't wait to see the results. I have a couple other old go-to places I used to hunt, but they're on public land.

Same thing happened to me about two years back. Old man died, and his son is kind of a prick. Wouldn't let me hunt there, despite the fact he's not using it.

Still deerless. This time last year I had two in the freezer. I was going to hunt today, but the fuel pump in my Jimmy had other plans for me. :(

You want everyone to associate you with hunting, particularly bow hunting.

I can't just hunt deer, I have to let everyone on the internet know about it because I gain self satisfaction from doing so. That's why I refresh year old threads, because I'm in desperate need of attention.

I've only been 3 times. I had some does in range but no clean shot on the one without a yearling. On a side note, it we just ignore it will it go away?

I haven't had a chance since I've moved to VA.

I put a camera out, but I've only seen the same 2 does and 5 fawns for 2 years now....and a family of 4 gray foxes.

I`ve never in my 30 years of hunting came across a 2 year old fawn..that must be something special.

My girlfriend scored a nice large doe yesterday morning, then our Mountaineers kicked some red raider ass! Life is good!

Since no one has posted anything about archery deer season, I'll start by saying I have nothing to say at this point. There hasn't been very much daytime activity on my trail cameras yet, so I've held off till the weather cools down and they start moving more during day time.

If it means anything, I'm beginning to notice road kills and, also, deer jumping in traffic and where I live. They're coming out...

I've only been out one morning so far. My priorities suck.
