He is suspended for failed drug test. Elijah Macon was going to be suspended too and that is why he turned pro.

That's actually a pretty bad-ass lineup, but yea we need Ahmed for offense alone.

They might play a three guard lineup until Ahmad returns.

Oops, I forgot that Knapper is out with a knee injury! We will be lacking one guard and a forward early on.

Culver not being eligible this year hurts too. Coming in as our top recruit now we are left empty handed on that one.

Yea, that leaves Bolden, Routt and Harler to spell the starters.

Are we expecting contributions from Harris or Allen this year?

Press Virginia may turn into Rest Virginia.

Seems like the staff has high expectations for Bolden this season. Harler showed he has the talent for on ball defense, but the reserves at forward I would think will be the more serious concern. I don't see a situation where we don't look to freshmen for minutes. I'm sure Huggins & staff have everything under control just playing a little short handed for a few weeks.

Louisville has two of the top 3 recruits for 2017 class based on ESPN, I wonder where they go? Could Huggins pull another Ebanks?

I don't see why any kid 1 star or 5 star wouldn't want the chance to play for Huggs. Not to mention the facilities / atmosphere he has created. Big 12 is WVU's to win this season. Need to take advantage of it!

Don't think for a minute that Huggs is not on it.

They're probably looking at other teams with a lot of money! Carolina, Duke, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, etc

Should we be concerned at all about Huggins or any of the staff in any of this scandal stuff going around? We seem to get quite a few kids from inner city New York to come to Morgantown, WV, and Huggs got Michael Beasley to go to Kansas State.

Very few WVU recruits have been five star. The five star players are the ones that get the money.

Yeah, I'd only be concerned if WVU was getting 5 star guys. However, I do feel if the NCAA did a deep dive into payoffs, they'd prob. find almost every school guilty. I once heard how a Division II player would find an envelope of cash sometimes in his locker for good play. I believe my friends story and think, if some D2 player was getting cash, then I couldn't imagine a Power 5 program.

They used to put a hat, a coat, and bus tickets (one way) in my locker.
