As far as Holgy is concerned, it is good to realize that generally speaking, the longer a HC is at his job, the better he becomes at recruiting. Holgs has been successful at his post with a decent winning percentage (over .600). The longer he is here, the more permanent he looks to recruits, the more likely he is to be considered by the better recruits.
Its not like it been 7 long, hard, tough years with him. It has been 7 sometimes mediocre, sometimes really good years with him. If we had been suffering through horrid years then yes we should can him, but overall its been pretty decent and seems to be getting better.

I like him. Is he great no, who is? Saban that is it.

His two biggest things he has going for him.

1. Good recruiter
2. Kids like him

We are in a different world than before. This is not the Big East.

He is a keeper
