That defies all logic....

For what?? To lose a meaningless game???

How do you NOT put Sills in 1st? Crest 2nd? Hell, Crawford/McKoy/Pettaway/Wellman Diamond Wildcat 3rd before burning a redshirt on your future backup for 1 meaningless game that we're most likely to lose anyway?

The same logic he used when he wasn't watching the play clock with Chugs new in the game ... after we just actually get a first down ... and Holgy doesn't use a time out to save the five yards for delay ... the same THREE time outs we took into halftime without using.

The same logic he used when he called for the on-side-kick ... after we FINALLY scored a TD ... and the defense was playing well ... and we could have held them to a three and out ... and got the ball somewhere around our 25/30 yard line ... instead of our OWN FIVE!!!

Talk about give away momentum ... just when our ENTIRE team NEEDED to feel some good MoJo.

I am beginning to think Holgy just isn't that smart.

I am going to start calling him "Fredo."

True, I was a little puzzled he didn't use any timeouts, especially before Texas scored TD and defense was out of position. He didn't use one and Texas scored TD easily.

Since he is no longer calling plays, shouldn't he be on top of this.

"if we need a backup?"

WTF????

We have Chugs, Crest, and if somehow aliens land and abduct those two, we have Sills.

Done! We have a backup or two! No need to burn a redshirt for Crying Freeking out loud!

Well, Miami and Clemson will play each other in the ACC championship game, so one of them will drop. Auburn and Alabama loser drops, and then will play Georgia in the SEC CC game. Gonna laugh my ass off if Miami beats Clemson, putting Miami in and Clemson out. Alabama loses to Auburn, putting the SEC champion in, and Alabama in, and Wisky loses to whoever in the Big 10 CC game, giving the B1g NO teams in. So SEC - 2
ACC - 1
B12 - 1
Pac - 0
B1g - 0

That is a definite recipe to get to 8 teams sooner rather than later. B1g getting left out, and getting 2 teams in from the SEC or ACC would be a big step to an 8 team playoff.

Would it not be funny as hell if Pitt beats Miami this weekend 13-9? Pitt was a wart on the butt cheek of the Big East. The ACC wanted them, now they should get all the spoils of having them.

Ok, I have a solution to this. Since Holgs has deferred play calling to Spavital, he could defer time out calling to Gibby. That way Holgs can concentrate on what he is really good at: monitoring the Red Bull.

Just out of curiosity, is Crest a huge bust? If he is talented, why would you not have a wildcat package or a read option red zone plays in your offense? Would that interfere with the 7 plays we run?

Here's how this is gonna go down. Wvu takes the ball first scores. Chugs knows the system and will use the underneath stuff and the run game which has gashed these assholes before. We score first, they punt without douche hammer in the game and we score again. Baker comes in and we trade scores the rest of the day. WVU 49 OU 45.

Fact is, this league will not let OU lose.

Guys we have a chance. It’s football, upsets happen all the time.

I believe we beat this team once before when no one gave us a chance!!

Do you remember 97% had Oklahoma kicking our ass. And they were all wrong.

Who knows Chugs could play really well? He’s a scholarship athlete at a power 5 school. Time for him to man up and ball out! If that happens I say we are in this game till the end, and then anything can happen!

I don't think we have much of a chance but remember what we did to OK when they had another Heisman contender QB, (Sam Bradford). Good luck to Chugs. Hope the others step it up.

1. Chuganov is no Pat White
2. Oklahoma is not playing a "disappointment" game. They are playing for a championship
3. Our team is not one of the top 10 teams in the country. Not even close.
4. Chuganov is no Pat White.
5. Chuganov is not even a Par White.

Guys, we have one thing Oklahoma doesn't have:

Dana Holgorsen, OG (Offensive Guru)

He's so good at recruiting and developing quarterbacks that Oklahoma's Mike Stoops is already preparing to find another job after the loss on Saturday. Par White or no Par White, Chugs will see us to the promised land!
