I looked at Utah’s stats hoping to find that their defense is soft against the run. Unfortunately they are allowing an average of 55 yards per game. I really hope that Chuggs can get it all together in the next 20 days. If we can have a good defensive showing, and can get a pass game going, we got a good chance to win this one. I really hope we can keep a balanced attack, otherwise we probably aren’t going to score many points, if we are relying too heavily on our ground attack.

Looks like it’s time to start looking to next year

If you look at who Utah played and the scores..........they are pretty impressive, this will be a tough game....plus they are well coached.

Maybe bring the father of Air-Raid as co-OC with Spatival.

I can see why we were skipped by other bowls. If you were in charge of selecting teams for your bowl game would you really want an anemic WVU team that had a **** year without their starting quarterback who's best win for the last 2 years was against Iowa State? Utah will beat us. Might be close at half time but they will wear us down in the 2nd half because they have a great rushing defense, chugs isn't that good, our defense sucks, and Spav is our play caller. Don't waste your money

This is true. We need to be coaching and practicing like we actually want to end up with an 8-4 record.

I'd love for that 42-17 loss to hold true ;)

Dallas is a pretty good place to party and have fun but it's a little pricey. If I was so inclined to travel to this bowl, I think I would stay in Austin and drive over for the game. I don't think I would get too caught up in how the Mountaineers fare, but would instead enjoy a trip to a warm location that happens to be hosting a Mointaineer game.

Anyone who goes, needs to find Kuby's German Deli and load up.

Utah is an average team. They are just what the record states a .500 team, with best win vs. Arizona. Its a 50/50 game just as the ESPN predictor has it. My guess is WVU wins it. Chugs is an average QB, I would say he is better than Paul Milliard.

How can WVUfan1818 be a fan? He needs a new team/school for his fandom.

Also Opie's BBQ. Best I've ever eaten. 6th street was a fun time as well.

I can't be critical of the university I graduated from and the university I donate my money to? Well if that's the case, hell yeah I love underperforming 7-5 seasons!!

We would have more fan support by pulling out of this game and set up a Backyard Brawl with a 4-8 Pitt team.
